years software, management and statistical consulting experience.  BS Statistics,
University of Louisiana - Lafayette, (1985), MS Applied Statistics Rochester Institute of
Technology (1987).  He was Certified Quality Engineer by the American Society for Quality.

Susan Spindler, Consultant, 28 years software, statistical analysis and consulting
experience.    BS Mathematics, University of Louisiana - Lafayette, (1985), MS Applied
Statistics Rochester Institute of Technology (1987).

Richard DeVenezia is a SAS version 9 Certified Professional.  He provides end-user abd
